About Us:

Electro Rent is a global leader in test and technology solutions that help organisations accelerate innovation and optimise investments. Electro Rent's single-source solution — including rental, financial solutions, sale of new and used equipment, and asset optimisation — supports leading innovators across many key sectors, including aerospace and defence, automotive, communications, energy, semiconductor, and general electronics. Founded in 1965, Electro Rent operates globally to deliver unmatched technical and commercial flexibility.

About You:

We’re looking for a commercially minded professional with a strong background in partner management, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally within Test & Measurement or IT hardware industry.

You'll be confident in developing and managing commercial partnerships across diverse Test & Measurement (T&M) industries and markets, with a strong understanding of what it takes to build scalable, revenue-generating relationships with OEMs and strategic collaborators.

You'll be just as comfortable crafting go-to-market plans as you are negotiating commercial terms or resolving channel conflicts.

You'll be a natural relationship-builder, someone who can work cross-functionally, represent Electro Rent with credibility, and identify opportunities where others see complexity.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring clarity and structure where it's needed, and stay motivated by the opportunity to build and shape something with real impact across the EMEA region.

About the Role:

This role sits at the centre of Electro Rent’s global growth strategy, focused on building and managing the company’s top OEM partner ecosystem across EMEA. It plays a critical part in strengthening existing OEM relationships while identifying and cultivating strategic collaborations to support regional expansion.

The position is both strategic and operational in nature. It involves identifying key commercial opportunities, co-developing joint go-to-market plans, and ensuring OEM partners are aligned and fully enabled to deliver on shared goals. Internally, the role works cross-functionally with commercial and marketing teams to ensure alignment, develop clear execution plans, and generate incremental business. It is a dynamic position cantered on building momentum, evolving partnership frameworks, and delivering tangible business impact.

The role operates within the context of the Test & Measurement (T&M) and IT hardware industries, requiring a strong understanding of how OEM partnerships function within sectors such as Aerospace and Defence, Telecommunications, Semiconductors and Electronics Manufacturing, and Automotive including Electric Vehicles.

Based in Europe, the position is remote-friendly and includes occasional travel. Success in this role relies heavily on strong communication skills, relationship management, and the ability to operate effectively across diverse markets, time zones, and business cultures. This is a senior growth role, pure and simple. It’s about building something that works and scaling it with purpose.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in commercial or partner-facing roles within T&M or IT Hardware.
  • Collaborating closely with OEMs and the EMEA marketing team to cascade product roadmaps, identify market opportunities, and channel regional marketing needs into business aligned initiatives.
  • Familiarity with strategic customer engagement, national tenders, public procurement, and commercial operations.
  • Strong commercial instincts, with the ability to evaluate and shape initiatives, and market entry strategies
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, with experience working remotely and across international teams
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Based anywhere in Europe, ideally CET ±1; open to travel (20–30%) as needed
