About You:
You’ll be a results-driven sales professional with a passion for customer engagement and a track record of success in inside sales or business development. You will be highly organised, persistent in outbound prospecting, and motivated by achieving commercial targets.
You will be skilled in professional phone engagement, strategic in structuring outbound outreach, and capable of independently developing and managing a qualified sales pipeline. An intense sense of urgency and a consultative approach are essential, particularly when responding to inbound inquiries from engineers, technical buyers, and procurement professionals.

About the Role:
This is a commercially pivotal role in a fast-paced, high-impact team. As an Inside Sales Engineer, you will play a key part in driving new business growth across the UK and EMEA region, managing the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting to closing deals—with a strong focus on end customers.
You will thrive in an environment where structure, discipline, and daily sales activity drive consistent results. This role requires a proactive sales mindset, the ability to build rapport quickly, and a keen focus on pipeline development. While you'll have access to technical support for complex needs, you’ll retain full ownership of your sales funnel, personal revenue targets, and forecasting accuracy.
This position is office-based at our UK headquarters in Harrow.
